Yes that was fun! They refereed to the Steam countdown time and never mention why we can't pre-load it or when. Very political answered. I hope it's something minor on Ubisoft's side and Steam are the cause of this whole situation. Fingers crossed that someone may get a nice christmas present of being fired from Valve, if it's their fault!
